• Drink 2 or3 cups of chukku kappi (medicinal coffee) prepared from dried ginger, palm jaggery, Tulsi leaves, pepper, and tippali (piper longum).
  • Chew 5-10 Tulsi leaves with pepper.
  • Take cardamom, dried ginger, pepper and cinnamon.
  • Take the juice of ginger added with honey 3-5 times a day.
  • Chew a piece of fresh ginger with salt, effective in dry cough and vomiting.
